Cafe and Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 1 cup Raw Almonds
- 1 cup Coconut Milk Use light coconut milk or your favorite plant-based milk if your cholesterol is elevated
- 1/2 cup Water or 1 cup of ice to make it super cold
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa or Cacao Powder (non alkalinized, with no added sugar or powdered milk)
- 2 teaspoons Grounded Cinnamon (optional)
- 2 teaspoons 100% Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup coffee cooled, cold brew. I recommend using a low acidity coffee if you are suffering from gastritis, GERD, or other inflammatory bowel conditions
